You will first need to register for the conference before you can submit your abstract.

How long is the oral free-paper session?

Each participant will be allocated a maximum of eight minutes for the oral presentation. There will be two minutes for question and answer (Q&A) after the eight minutes presentation.

What is a Free-Paper?

A free-paper is a manuscript submitted by the participants of the conference to be presented either as a poster or oral presentation. To submit a manuscript for consideration, click on the Abstract Submission link.

I cannot remember my password?
If you have lost your password, click on the “Participants Login” Then click on the “Can’t remember your password? Click here to reset” link. Enter the email you have used to register and you will receive an email with instruction to reset your password.

Can I change my email address after registration?
The website does not allow change of email address after registration as the email address is used as the unique identifier for login. If you need to use a new email address you will need to perform a new registration.
Can I use a different email address or name for abstract submission rather than my login email address?
You could use a different email address or name during the abstract submission. The submission form allows you to input a different email address.

Do I need a visa to enter Malaysia?

All passengers arriving at a Malaysian port of entry are checked through Immigration Control. Please make sure that you have the proper documents at the checkpoint. Information about the visa requirement for foreign delegates is available at the Immigration of Malaysia website.

Do I need to get a vaccination or take prophylaxis medication to travel to Malaysia?
A valid yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from travellers over 1 year of age who are coming from a yellow fever endemic country or have visited a yellow fever endemic country during the past six months. The period of validity is 10 years beginning 10 days after vaccination. Travellers without a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate will be quarantined upon arrival in Malaysia.
